Rafferty has a Family!

Born September 2014 * Down syndrome and PFO * sweet and lovable * social

Rafferty is such a sweet and lovable little one! He is 21 months old, and came to the orphanage when he was about 3 months old. Rafferty has Down syndrome, and was born with a PFO  which has not required treatment.

Rafferty is very social, and has a girl at his orphanage wrapped around his little finger! He has the delays we typically see with kids who have Down syndrome. Rafferty needs a loving family, maybe some therapies to help him catch up a bit, and a chance for a bright and happy future.
