Sweet little Laney passed away in June 2017. An agency found that out when a family inquired about her recently 🙁

Her file prepared in July 2015 says:
She has good mental development and understands what adults are saying most of the time. She is able to visually follow moving objects. She does have delayed motor development, but her limb development is good. She can turn over to find objects, sit with the help of adults, and stand against a wall. Laney is quiet, introverted, and rarely speaks. Laney has fair skin and is described as a gentle and lovely girl.
