Jillian has a Family!

Her Chinese name means “Beautiful instrument”. She is most certainly a beautiful and special girl. I just get lost in her sweet face. She has a soft voice and determination to be her best self.

Jillian is a treasure, seemingly unhardened by life in an institution. She is smart, ambitious, and sincere, and laughs at herself when funny things happen. She enjoys baking, art, and taking care of younger children. From research and specialists’ opinions, her condition (paralysis of her legs, scoliosis) does not appear to be progressive in any way. A Pediatric spinal specialist found no red flags in her file.
