Georgie arrived at Bethel Foster home in January 2017 when he was only 20 months old. This little guy is 2 years old.

“He is one of the youngest kids at our Zhengzhou project and it’s been so fun to watch him grow while he’s been with us.
Georgie has hydrocephalus in addition to his vision impairment. Georgie has a big smile and he loves to play, especially with adults. If you hold him and tickle him, he gets the biggest, happiest smile on his face. It’s very cute to see. Georgie likes to play in the ball pit and we got to hear some of his first giggles when he arrived while he was playing in there.

In the few short months he has been with us, he has already improved so much! He imitates the sound grown ups make when they tickle him, he can eat finger foods and he can now crawl. He can even pull himself up by holding on to the rails of his crib and he can stand with support! We can see that he has so much potential and we think he’d do well in a family. This sweet, personable little boy is paper ready for adoption and we would love to see him in a forever family!” – Bethel
