Update: Gabriel ended up having to return to the orphanage and is no longer living with his foster mother who he loves.

“Gabriel is 7 years old. He loves to explore new things and places and laughs out loud when he realizes we’re headed outside to play. He had cataracts removed at age 3 so his vision is limited. This doesn’t slow him down much though. We’ve been told he has Small Eye Syndrome so he can’t have a lens replacement procedure done. Gabriel is also deaf. We’re slowly learning ASL together. He walks, runs, jumps, climbs, hangs upside down. Gabriel likes to snuggle and when he’s having a tough day, nothing calms him like a really big hug and a snuggle or two. He’s lived with me for several years. I am happy to answer any questions you might have. Please help us find his family ASAP!!!” – Foster mother

He’s 7 years old (file says 6).
Special needs: deaf, vision impairment, file may list CP (but if he has it, it’s very minimal).
