Charlotte

Posted on Sep 14, 2018 by in 20 Aging Out |

Charlotte was born in July 2008 * 11 years old * cute dimples * introverted * likes music and playing with toys *

This is a sweet little girl who hasn’t had the privilege of having testing or the resources needed to help understand why she is struggling to communicate. She really needs a family to love her unconditionally, no matter what her future holds, who will be able to get some questions answered for her. I hope her family sees her soon and takes that leap of faith so she will be able to be understood!!

Charlotte’s extra needs
She is listed as having developmental delays. Charlotte came into care around the age of five. Her language was not clear and she had no reaction to people asking her things, but her hearing was never tested. Because they didn’t know what to diagnose her with, her orphanage noted her to have low intelligence. Charlotte has normal motor abilities, but her significant and delays are in the areas of language and cognition; the reason is unknown.

Charlotte’s personality
She is introverted and afraid of strangers. She likes music, playing with toys, and spending time with her caretakers.

Family needed
Charlotte needs a loving family open to a lot of unknowns and one who will help her reach her fullest potential!

Grant Available

There is a $1,000 agency grant for Charlotte’s adoption with Madison Adoption Associates. Other grants may be available based on the adoptive family’s circumstances. Agency grants are awarded as agency fee reductions. MAA also partners with the Brittany’s Hope Foundation for matching grants, which are given out twice a year January and July) and to families that are officially matched with a child.

Agency – Madison Adoption Associates
Charlotte needs a family with an approved home study to be able to hold her file or move forward with adopting her. If you have an approved home study or a home study in process and are interested in adopting Charlotte, please fill out a free PAP Waiting Child Review Form, which can be found here: https://madison.mysamdb.com/…/FamilyInformationSheet_Edt.as…

If you would like to know how to adopt sweet Charlotte, please send me an e-mail – Jessica

TwentyLess is not an agency, it is an advocacy site run by an adoptive mom (me) who would love to see every child with a family of their very own.
