Candy is quite the cutie! She is diagnosed with down syndrome. Candy is described as a cute and lovely child! At the time Candy’s file was prepared in March 2015, she could sit and crawl, but could not stand or speak. The orphanage is doing their best to help Candy with rehabilitation, but what Candy really needs is a forever family.

There is a $3,000 agency grant for Candy’s adoption if you adopt through MAA
Other grants may be available based on the adoptive family’s circumstances. Agency grants are awarded as agency fee reductions. MAA also partners with the Brittany’s Hope Foundation for matching grants, which are given out twice a year and to families that already have their letter of approval from China.
