Brett aged out

 * sweet * energetic * cheerful * smart * esotropia and nystagmus *

Brett was hosted in the U.S Summer 2016. His hosting family is willing to talk with any family who has questions about Brett and is interested in possibly adopted him.

Brett’s host mom wrote: “Since Brett has been with us, he has blossomed with big smiles and a cheerful attitude. He loves to play and sing in Chinese with our three sons. He is very curious and tries to be helpful whenever he can. Whether it is clearing his dishes after dinner or helping “Ye Ye” spread grass in the garden, he loves to do a good job and hear “Thank You” in Chinese. Brett is a great eater, sleeps well, does a good job bathing and brushing his teeth, and even makes his bed in the morning just from watching his host brothers’ example. Brett needs a family who is willing to call them their son and he will thrive!”

In Fall 2016, Brett went to a host camp through MAA in his country.

His volunteer said, “He appears to be very smart. He can write several words, knew all questions a volunteer asked. And as you can see can count in English.”
