She is 13 years old and should be on the shared list. She has been labeled with the special need of mental delay.

I pray that her forever family, the one that will look past this label, will come for her very very soon!

“Every morning Annabelle sits up from the bed by the calling of auntie caretaker, rubs her bemazed and sleepy eyes, crawls off the bed, puts on clothes under the instruction of auntie, learns tidying the quilt with other children, washes on her own. With language, Annabelle has made great progress, can express her ideas, say and sing some children’s songs, and also likes dancing with other children. Although Annabelle has poor mental development, she wants to learn doing everything that other children can do, and she learns quickly, such as sweeping the floor, writing, playing games, etc.”
